[Tinyos-help] Error while installing Blink application on the mote

Hi ,
I am trying to install a simple Blink application on a mote ez430-F2013
which has MSP430 micro controller  & single led connect to GPIO pin. While
loading the application on the mote using following in cygwin-
make  <platform_name> install bsl,/dev/ttyXXX
it gave following error-
No  module named msp430.util  (in /opt/msp430/bin/msp430-bsl )

Please help me to solve this problem.
