Hi Michael,

Even after I set the CLASSPATH environment variable, it still
says: CLASSPATH environment variable does not exist. I checked out using
both *env *and* echo $CLASSPATH *and they display the path correctly i.e
*C:\Program Files\cygwin\opt\tinyos-1.x\tools\java. *What I'm unable to
understand is how come it still displays the same error!!
Another member, Manoj, said that I may have deleted the
CLASSPATH environment variable when I had done:
*export CLASSPATH = 'cygpath -w $TOSROOT/tools/java. *If this is the problem
is there a solution without doing system restore?
I had already checked out the Java Cygwin fle and
incorporated the changes (i.e writing export "stuff" towards the end of the
file) but to no avail. I have ncc, etc installed (did an *rpm -qa* and they
were displayed). I'll firt resolve this CLASSPATH error and then go on to
setting the PATH variable. Please help me solve this problem.

Thanks and regards,
Bharat Naik.
