[Tinyos-help] Environment variables setting for TinyOS 1.1.15 on Windows

Hi,

    Yeah I guess I'll follow Micheal's advice since I don't seem to be
getting anywhere. I had just one last query. Most of the online webpagse
metion that PATH should have: C:\cygwin\bin. However, only this dated
document: http://www.tinyos.net/0.5.1-manual-instructions.html mentions that
*C:\cygwin\usr\local\bin * must be added to the PATH variable and this
worked for me  since all the executables (avr-gcc,ncc,etc.) were located
here. Should I after a complete overhaul of TOS and cygwin include this path
too? Just don't wnt to mess up my second try.
