[Tinyos-help] Anyone know what this mean (about sendMsg interface)??

Hi all.. can anyone tell me what this interface mean :







Interface Multicast {

   Command result_t send(uint16_t
*addresses,    

uint_t num_nodes, uint8_t size, TOS_MsgPtr msg);

 

   Event result_t sendDone(TOS_MsgPtr
msg, result_t success);

}




What this mean : uint16_t *addresses, uint_t num_nodes, uint_8t size, TOS_MsgPtr msg

and how can i change the value of the interface??
