[Tinyos-help] Serial Forwarder TinyOS 1.x

Hallo Everybody,
 
I'm trying to start the serial forwarder using tinyos 1.x but when I give the follwing command
 
 java net.tinyos.sf.SerialForwarder -comm serial at COM4:tmote -no-gui.........> <<COM4 is tmote port>>.
 
The following error appear:

could you please give me a hint what the problem could be?
