[Tinyos-help] Can you please help me to deal with my first programming problem

Hello All,

Is there any one fluent with TINYOS programming that can help me with my
first TINYOS program:

1, the devices has its unique ID.
2, each node has its own counter.
3, each counter will increment by 1 for each second
4, every five second, each node will transmit its unique ID and its own
counter value to the base station.
