[Tinyos-help] (offtopic) D batteries in sensor nodes

The only difference will be lifetime.  Typically, standard-sized batteries
all have a nominal voltage of 1.5V (alk) or 1.2V (NiMH) regardless of size,
and can usually be used interchangeably.
