[Tinyos-help] Micaz installing problem

Hi all,

I have a problem with installing the Blink application on my mote.

My mote is in the platform of micaz ( I built the node myself)so I'm not using MIB boards. i'm using AVRISP programmer with USB cable connected to my PC and serial cablr connected to the node.

I've been trying different command just like the tutorials but they didn't work...

please help me with that,what's is the command to install my application?
