[Tinyos-help] change dynamically parameters of motes ???

/Hi all

I am using the iris motes and I would like to dynamically upload 
parameters to them. 
I would like to send values to the mote after its program has already 
been compiled and loaded, and have it store these values.
Moreover I use an interface Matlab GUI to change these values.

Someone knows how I should do this ?
