[Tinyos-help] Using AVRISP Programmer !!

Hi everyone,
I'm building my own custom node ( which has the features of Micaz Platform)... now I'm trying to install applications on it...

I only have AVRISP programmer, is it possible to use it to install ???  If yes, how would i do that ??
