[Tinyos-help] tos-locate-jre failure on 64-bit Windows and Java 7

Hi Flemming,

Since cygwin is a 32 bit application, it can't see the 64 bit java
(and there's no 64 bit tinyos jni libraries either). install the 32
bit version of java, it should work.
