[Tinyos-host-mote-wg] [Tinyos-2.0wg] chips directory structure

What do people think about having a chips directory structure where the 
type of chip is specified.

i.e. instead of just
 chips
    \
    |- at45db
    |- ATmega128
    |- cc2420
    |- msp430
    |- stm25p
    |- tda5250

changing it to....

 chips
    \
    |- flash
           \
           |- at45db
           |- stm25p
    |- microcontrollers
           \
           |- ATmega128
           |- msp430
    |- radios
           \
           |- cc2420
           |- tda5250

This seems to be a bit cleaner to me... but if it complicates things in 
some way that I don't see immediately........
