Time to call it beta! :-) Changes from 1.2alpha11:

- documentation improvements (mostly for attributes and XML dumps)
- update dump requests to support all information needed for nesdoc
(and probably useful for many other tools)
- install files intended for the user to <prefix>/share/ncc rather
than <prefix>/lib/ncc
- include Java XML dump support in distribution
- disable nesdoc if generic components or interfaces are used
- error if binary components not fully wired (better a compiler error
than a linker error...)
- Cory's mig/ncg exec bug fix

Note that the 1.2 release should be quite soon. If you know of a bug
and I've failed to address it, please email me (Martin, I know you had
a crashing bug I couldn't reproduce, can you check if it's still
around?)
