[Tinyos-host-mote-wg] [Tinyos-2.0wg] Big name shift

I've done most of the big file name shift to meet the new coding  
conventions. I didn't handle all of the ATMega code because much of  
it is deep inside internals, and my experience of tracking down a  
missing paren bug for two hours suggests I shouldn't open some more  
cans of worms just yet.

I haven't tagged code for the release yet; I'll do that tomorrow. Ben  
has a few last minute fixes to lib/serial based on a quick code  
review we had.
