I believe tinyos-2.x/tools is now ready for use. Kristin, could you
make Windows and Linux rpm's from it?

Recent changes:
- renamed most scripts to start with tos-...
  (also changed tinyos-2.x/support/make to use the new names)
- integrated moteiv's pybsl as tos-bsl
  (and changed support/make to invoke tos-bsl on telos* platforms)
