[Tinyos-host-mote-wg] [Tinyos-2.0wg] Wednesday's meeting

I'm hiding in Oregon on Wednesday. Phil Levis has agreed to run the meeting.

Because of all this, and Phil having some minor deadline Friday
(something to do with a thesis?), we suggest moving the release back
one week. New schedule:
- Tuesday 16: "internal" release
- Friday 19: "outside" release

The delay between those two is so we can at least all try and install
everything, and build the apps...
