- (much) updated reference manual
- some user-doc fixes
- small extension to @attribute syntax: can now do:

   struct foo @someattr() { ... }

   (note that for now,
     struct foo @someattr();
    will give a warning and ignore the attribute)

- handle references to constants and typedefs in other components correctly
- fix silly "packed" warnings
- auto-detect 64-bit platforms
