There need to be some extra instructions for Linux, for setting
protections appropriately (after installation):

- remember to chown -R <your uid> /opt/tinyos-2.x
- chmod 666 on the serial (/dev/ttyS<N>, /dev/tts/usb<N>,
/dev/ttyUSB<N>) and parallel ports (/dev/parport) that you use
