[Tinyos-host-mote-wg] [Tinyos-2.0wg] CC2420 stack status

I've made some progress bringing a CC2420 stack up. Rather than work
from the 2.x code, I just frankensteined the 1.x code. I figured it
would be easier to refactor and improve working code than try to start
from ground up, and the 2.x code still had a ways to go.

I've got mote transmitting packets successfully, but something is very
wrong with reception. From what I can tell so far, I get an SFD compare,
and then the mote just sits there, possibly in a spin loop somewhere.
That is, app-level timers no longer fire, I don't get a FIFOP interrupt
denoting a packet, etc. I'm hoping to get JTAG up and running tomorrow
to take a look.
