[Tinyos-host-mote-wg] [Tinyos-2.0wg] MicaZ CC2420 stack

I've checked in a first version of the CC2420 stack, with support for  
the micaZ platform. I plan on working some more on it this week, to  
clean up what's there. E.g., there are split-phase ops that aren't  
actually split-phase and CC2420RadioM assumes that's the case. Were  
you to write a proper split-phase op (which I'll do) RadioM would  
fail. The stack should be good to go by next Monday (9/5).
