Looks good under Linux (forgot my laptop at home for cygwin, will give
it a run through tonight). One minor issue:
- upgrade-tools.html clearly has a CVS conflict message in it ;-)

So we'll need tinyos2-pre1-4 ;-) I also fixed a minor mistake in the
text, so you'll want to update... (easiest to just rm the broken
version of upgrade-tools)

A volunteer needed to test w/ cygwin today! (Phil?)
