Yep. That's reason enough, but for some other reasons I was planning
on doing one this afternoon: since  tos-check-env has been updated, I
can remove the note about toscheck not being updated and also rerun a
tools, too. Plus, when I was upgrading tos-check-env, I noticed that
the avr-insight rpms are not listed in the upgrade-tools table at all.
