[Tinyos-host-mote-wg] [Tinyos-2.0wg] pre2 - ready to go

Seems to be working fine on linux and cygwin with one proviso:
- on my machine, rpm hangs after installing or uninstalling
tinyos-tools. I need to run with --noscripts to avoid this (but the
uninstall script is empty, and the install one runs to completion, so
this is strange...)
  suggestion for Kristin:
  - remove the empty %preun directive
  - in the "release notes" (top-level README?), note that you might
need to use --noscripts to uninstall tinyos-tools and that if rpm
hangs after installing tinyos-tools, you can just kill it with the
task manager
    (maybe also check if it happens on your machine, and if it doesn't
skip this until somebody asks;-))

Also for the "release notes":
- the CC1000 radio stack currently has some reliability problems; we
expect to address these in an upcoming pre2 release

Kristin, can you do the packaging and announcement honours if no other
issues arise? I'm off to Europe for 3 weeks shortly...
