[Tinyos-host-mote-wg] [Tinyos-2.0wg] ADC TEP and code progress

I have updated the ADC TEP. The changes were mostly in the writing,  
rather than the substance. The one substantive change was to add a  
MUST: to be compliant with TEP 101, a system MUST provide a HAL2  
component.

I've checked in a CountToRadioToLeds app, where a node broadcasts a  
counter and displays the counters it hears. Unfortunately, hammering  
more on OSKI is stalled by the AM/Radio discussion. We're trying to  
meet about it before the next telecon, but David's schedule seems to  
be problematic...
