Shoot. I just realized that I won't be able to have OSKI ready (on top of AM in the way we talked about on Weds) by 6/16; I
am away 6/12-5 at a workshop in Santa Fe, which will preclude heavy coding. I may be able to call in on the telecon on
Wednesday, not sure yet.

I'll commit to having OSKI complete by 6/20, and have an OSKI draft TEP for review by 6/22. Hopefully the CC2420 stack
will be ready at some point soon, so I can make sure OSKI works cross-radio and cross-mcu.

Given that it looks like many of the subsystems are starting to smooth out, it seems like we should ask the community for
a round of review on those that are ready (I'd rather not go from draft to complete without a set of eyes besides ours
scrutinizing). I think we can cluster the TEPs into three categories, reflecting how mature and tested the ideas in them
are:

Almost ready: TEP101 (ADC), TEP 102 (Timers), TEP 106 (Schedulers and Tasks), TEP 107 (Boot Sequence).
Mostly there: TEP 103 (Permanent Data Storage), TEP 108 (Resource Arbitration), TEP 109 (Sensorboards).
Needs revisiting: TEP 104 (Radio Physical Layer), TEP 105 (Radio Link Layer).

I suspect that a lot of our discussion over the next few meetings will focus on these last two: now that most of the
supporting structure is there, we need to take a hard look at networking. We're reaching the final stretch... :)
