More tools status:

- the avr-binutils has been updated this week and uses new source
code, so please download the new one

- there is a new make 3.80 rpm with phil levis's patch for use with
TInyOS. I changed the version from 3.80 to 3.80tinyos. Please try them
out (they're in the same tools directory
http://www.tinyos.net/dist-1.2.0/tools/).

- TOSComm (Cory's replacement for javaxcomm) should be moved from beta
into either tools or support -- I'm guessing support based on David
Gay's email in which case it will go into the tinyos rpm; if the
better place is tools it will be folded in with uisp in tinyos-tools

- Phil got the info on xscale libc to me but I haven't built the rpm yet.
