OK. It looks like your second pass cleaned most of them up. I just
noticed that Blink and the CC2420 stack in chips/cc2420 failed to
compile. You're right that the simplicity of the name change meant
cleaning up was not that big a deal, I just would have appreciated some
warning. :)
