I have problems accessing the telconference, but read over TEP 113 and
have the following question concerning the "protocol" component
(SerialP): Assume the PC sends a data packet, it is received correctly
and SerialP signals it to the Dispatcher. Then it sends back an
acknowledgement, but the acknowledgement is destroyed. Consequently
the PC retransmits the packet. Will SerialP signal it a second time to
the Dispatcher, i.e. is it up to upper layers to remove duplicates ?
