[Tinyos-Storage WG] meetings

Lets try to talk at the regular meeting time today to get back on track.

I have a PhD defense to attend until noon since I'm on the committee. I 
should be able to start the conference by noon but shouldn't be delayed by 
more than 5-10 minutes at most. Lets talk at 12:10 EST just to be safe.
