[Tinyos] install tinyos 1.1.0

I installed tinyos 1.1.0 by installed tinyos-1.1.0-1is.exe first and then
updated to tinyos1.1.7 by installed

004cvs-2.cygwin.noarch.rpm> tinyos-1.1.7July2004cvs-2.cygwin.noarch.rpm  in
two PC(windows), one was good but another bad,I installed  tinyos 1.1.0
,failed,uninstalled it and failed again.How can I uninstall failed tinyos
1.1.0 completely and install tinyos1.1.0 correctly?
