Hi Paul,
This is Richard Tynan, I did not receive an email from you regarding
the IDE.
If you download the latest version of the IDE it will not ask you for a
key, I have removed this test from the program, as I have received
ample feedback from the first survey.
I have been working on an Eclipse plugin and so have been neglecting
the development of the stand alone java version, which is currently
available. Also I have been upgrading all my TinyOS stuff to the latest
versions as I was working off 1.0 which was the last stable build. In
addition to this I have been trying to get my head around Linux,
installing fedora and tinyos ... All my development was based on a
windows version using cygwin. The eclipse plugin will be tested on
Windows and Linux when released
If you would like a copy of the prototype eclipse plugin let me know.
At present it supports:
Syntax highlighting
Compilation (using cygwin at present)
CVS projects and
Standard projects
It is based on the 1.0 make system, which I am lead to believe is now
quite out of date compared to the latest snapshot.
Regards
Richie
