[Tinyos] Intel Berkeley testbed updgraded to MicaZ

We have upgraded the Intel Berkeley Lab testbed to incorporate MICAZ
technology.  

The testbed is now comprised of the following:

  100 MICAZ (802.15.4) motes with MTS420CA (weatherboard) sensorboards.
   50 MICA2DOTs (916 MHz) motes with no sensorboards.

for information/access to this testbed.
