[Tinyos] tinyos-2.0

We have released a pre-release; more pre-releases will come in the
future (perhaps near year-end for another) and an official release
sometime after that. To get an idea of what is going on, be sure to
check the archives on the working group page if you haven't already
(check the Working Groups link in the Site Menu on the TinyOS page).
Be sure also to check the TEPs which are full of technical information
on 2.0.

The 2.0 code is being developed on a branch. The branch is called
tinyos-2_0_devel-BRANCH. If you checkout with -r <branchname>, you'll
see the code.
