[Tinyos] simulate syncronization algorithms ( Simsync)

Hello

I am new this feild and wanted to simualte some time syncronization
algorithms ...........i went through some papers and this one "simsync A
Time Synchronization algorithms simulate" (
http://www.aas.net.cn/qikan/manage/wenzhang/060620.pdf) was closest to what
i have to do.Now i wanted to inquire if some had worked on  simsync before
and where could i find the code for it
