[Tinyos] Serial Forwarder Error

Hi All,
I am not able to figure out the serial forwarding part in tinyos tutorials.
when using
 java net.tinyos.sf.SerialForwarder -port 9003 -comm sf at localhost:9002

A window opens and the message reads as below--
Connection refused: connect
sf at localhost:9002 died - restarting


what do I do?????
